ASHRAE New York City COVID 19 Policies

- All attendees must show proof of vaccination at reception prior to entering the event (Excelsior pass or other document showing confirmation of vaccination). If proof is not provided, you unfortunately cannot stay at the event.
- Please do not attend if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
- Masks are NOT required, however any attendee wishing to wear a mask is encouraged to do so. Masks will be available at the venue for anyone that wants one
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available at the venue
- Tables (if applicable) will be spread out where possible
