Mentorship Program

ASHRAE Mentorship Program!

We are still seeking participants for our Mindr Mentorship Exchange program at ASHRAE!

This program is a unique opportunity to build connections with fellow ASHRAE chapter members, learn from individuals you may not otherwise interact with, and elevate your visibility as a leader. Across industries, participants in the Mindr Mentorship Exchange are twice as likely to be promoted and 65% less likely to leave their company relative to those who have not participated.

Selected participants will be paired into reciprocal mentorship matches based on their complementary goals and skills and attend live virtual sessions to engage in powerful 1:1 and group discussions about goal setting, developing professional presence, overcoming roadblocks, and more.

Applications will open in January.  If interested, please submit your name, email, company, title and department and preferred time to meet for the curated sessions. Please submit this short initial interest form.

Questions? Explore this FAQ sheet or reach out to [email protected]. You may also contact ASHRAE leaders Jin Jin Huang ([email protected]) or Jin Choi ([email protected]) for more information.
