Integrated Building Controls, Inc. specializes in the design, installation, and service of Direct Digital Control Systems.  These systems include HVAC controls, lighting controls, card access and video surveillance over I/P.  We are the regional leader in standard open protocol and custom-developed driver based Building Automation Systems integration.

 

We are currently working with Cisco Systems to develop and deliver to the marketplace “NetBuilding”.  NetBuilding uses the power of one Cisco I/P backbone to deliver voice over I/P, wired and wireless high-speed networking and Internet access together with all building systems including HVAC controls, lighting controls, security (card access and video over I/P), energy and utility monitoring and billing, fire alarm monitoring and more in one building or a campus of buildings all accessed and controlled through one Network Operations Center.

Sales Engineers:

Building Automation Systems/Direct Digital Control Sales Engineers. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience in developing and maintaining contract sales relationships with Mechanical Contractors, Mechanical Engineers and Commercial Building Owners/Managers. Candidates should show continued sales success and possess skills in Qualifying, Presenting, Selling, Estimating, Proposing, Following Up and Negotiating the sale of DDC based Building Automation Systems.

 

Project Managers:

Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in an HVAC related field. Responsibilities include the coordination of resources to facilitate the efficient installation and start-up of an engineered control system. Ability to work as part of the project team is a must. Position requires working knowledge of the construction process. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel a must.

 

Technicians- Building Automation/Direct Digital Control:

Candidates should have troubleshooting, HVAC, and DDC experience. Computer networking and previous BACnet/LON/Modbus experience is a big plus. Responsibilities include light system installation, system start-up and service. Ability to read, write and troubleshoot DDC programming a plus. Ability to work as part of the project team is a must. Position requires working knowledge of HVAC and HVAC Control Systems and computer literacy.

 

Design Engineers:

Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in an HVAC related field. Responsibilities include the design of HVAC Control, Lighting Control, Card Access and Video Systems, including component selection and assistance/coordination with Project Managers and Field Technicians. Ability to read, write and troubleshoot DDC programming a plus. Ability to work as part of the project team is a must. Position requires working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel.
